Terms of Service

By creating a Hibiscus account or using the Hibiscus service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Hibiscus on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Hibiscus is a personal AI companion delivered as a web application. Features may evolve over time. We may add, change, or discontinue individual features, but we will give reasonable notice before removing functionality that materially affects paying customers.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

Hibiscus is pay-as-you-go. One credit costs €0.10 (approximate equivalents in USD, GBP, and PLN are calculated at checkout using the then-current mid-market rate). Credits are consumed when you use paid features and never expire.

Available payment methods include bank transfer (active) and card, PayPal, and Stripe checkout (coming soon). For bank transfers, credits are activated once payment is confirmed, usually within one business day. See our Refund Policy for details on returns.

You retain all rights to content you save into Hibiscus. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your content to train foundation models.

Your use of Hibiscus is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Hibiscus uses AI models to generate content. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Hibiscus may integrate with third-party services (calendar, email, storage, etc.) at your request. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Hibiscus is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hibiscus's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms will not exceed the amount you paid Hibiscus in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, misuse of the service, or extended inactivity. On termination, unused credits may be forfeited except where required otherwise by our Refund Policy or applicable law.

Hibiscus AI is operated by Hibiscus Flyers SIA, registered at Tvaika iela 54 k-4 – 5, Rīga, LV-1005, Latvia. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Latvia, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Hibiscus after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
