Hibiscus is a personal AI companion designed to help people work, plan, and think. We keep the rules simple: don't harm others, don't break the law, and don't try to break Hibiscus.

• Illegal activity, including content that infringes intellectual property or violates export controls.
• Content that sexually exploits minors, promotes terrorism, or incites violence.
• Targeted harassment, doxxing, or hate speech directed at a protected group.
• Building or distributing malware, phishing kits, or other tools intended to cause harm.
• Automated scraping of Hibiscus, denial-of-service activity, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
• Circumventing safety filters or attempting to extract other users' data or memories.
• Reselling Hibiscus output as a competing AI service without written permission.

Hibiscus can help you draft, summarize, and plan in sensitive areas like medical, legal, and financial topics — but it is not a substitute for a licensed professional. Do not rely on Hibiscus output for high-stakes decisions without independent review.

Do not upload personal data about other individuals unless you have a lawful basis to do so. If you use Hibiscus to process customer or employee data on behalf of an organization, ensure a data processing agreement is in place — email [email protected] to request one.

Hibiscus can send emails, schedule meetings, and interact with third-party services on your behalf. You are responsible for the actions Hibiscus takes with your credentials. Do not connect Hibiscus to accounts you are not authorized to control.

If you believe someone is using Hibiscus in violation of this policy, email [email protected]. For security vulnerabilities, contact [email protected] — we will not pursue legal action against good-faith researchers.

We may investigate suspected violations. Depending on severity, consequences range from a warning to immediate suspension or termination without refund. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement when required.
